I ran across this and thought it was fascinating. Google has a trend search here that will tell you which countries/cities are searching a particular word.

For instance, of the regions that are searching for "sex", 6 of them are Muslim countries! ohmy.gif

Not unexpectedly, the US comes in #2 for "hate". dry.gif

"Gay" surprisingly is searched for a lot among Latin America (Mexico, Central & South America).

Filipinos are #1 in "love" and "politics" - weird combo!!

It's pretty fun!

What trends surprise you?

The United States isn't even in the top 5 for searches on "terrorism". http://www.google.com/trends?q=terrorism&c...ate=all&geo=all

or "deficit" http://www.google.com/trends?q=deficit&cta...ate=all&geo=all

or "nuclear Iran"

Nice find, Daffy. flowers.gif
