A recent CNN article found here quotes as follows:

QUOTE Suicide car bombs kill 16 in Iraq With Bush's poll numbers reaching their lowest point and 2009 being the end of his term I wonder: Is 2009 a feasible time for the end of the war or this just an expedient date for Bush? Is the insurgency really in its "last throes"? What leads you to believe that? What conditions do you think would have to exist in 2009 in order for us to leave Iraq successfully?
