Can I vote for the same person -- but for different categories. Ex. the same person for, say, most level headed and best researcher?

Absolultely. If want to nominate me for everything go for it.

What are the date ranges that are eligible? JUly 1 2004 to the present?

June 1, 2004 through May 31, 2005.

Incorrect, Wertz. July 1, 2004 to the present. If someone posts something absolutely incredible on June 30th & someone wants to nominate it before the close of nominations, it is eligible.

I think we need a category for "The Most Principled Partisan Poster." There's no shame in being a partisan as long as you are broad-minded and open to discussing and defending your beliefs.

Lord knows there's enough blind partianship poisoning the political discourse.

How do you see this as being different from the Most Level Headed Member category? I open to being convinced but right now I see them as being quite similar.

Let's see... Mike and I spent all last evening in the chatroom & on the phone with various AD members* and then I've been at work all day today...so, um no. I'm an honorary southerner now. I get to move slowly.



*this was incredibly cool, btw - thanks to everyone who called us. It was a great help in getting us used to using our new phone system. You folks who miss the chats miss out on a lot.

How about a category for "Most Creative Title" or such. I have seen a number of topics that have very witty and/or humourous titles that really make you want to go in and debate the issue. Just a suggestion...

Barring any errant omissions, we will not be opening any new nomination categories for this year. We will take your suggestions into consideration for next year. Please keep the suggestions coming.
