On the Army Clears Top Officers thread, this link, provided by Euromutt presented a report from the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute regarding who was doing the selling of weapons to Iraq and when, as well as what they were selling.

The entire post is an exceptional buster of several rampant myths. This is definitely another member (of many) I wish would post more often.
