A forty-six year old Martinan Navratilova won the mixed doubles in the Australian open making her the only non-Williams to take home an open women's trophy.
A thirty-two year old Andre Agassi won the Australian open losing around ten games in the semis and finals of the tournament.
What happened to the days when 16 year-old phenoms made pro tennis players think about their age at 25?
All good wins and well deserved.
It goes to prove that talent does'nt die at thirty.
I, and many others, were appalled at the booing from some of the partisan crowd when Hewitt got beaten.
Not the sporting attitude I care to be associated with.
