I was reading the thread about the California Earthquakes and a post by Daffy Grl caught my attention. The post is here.

And in it she made this statement:

Generally most people who buy mobile homes cannot afford a home that sits on a foundation. Are these people stupid? I'm not trying to single Daffy Grl out, but she is a self proclaimed liberal according to her profile.

I have seen alot of stabs taken at those who are in the lower income brackets by the left of the Democratic party. Look at the southern states in the last election. Aside from Florida and Texas, most of the souther states have a MUCH lower per capita income than that of the 'blue' states.

I especially see this as a growing trend since the 2004 election.

Questions for debate: Does the liberal side of the democratic party really have concern for those who are poor.
