The Senate is discussing the repeal of the 22nd Amendment to limit the number of terms for the office of President. The topic of putting term limits for Federal Judges came up. I thought this might be the time to give this it's own topic. Since the term of Federal Judges is not set in the Constitution, Congress can pretty well do whatever they want.
So should there be term limits for Federal Judges?
Yes?
No?
Why?
If so, what should the term limits be?
