After reading several threads, especially the conservative thread I started, I would like to know why you don't leave those that left you? hmmm.gif

When I was a repub, there were parts of the platform I did not like, and same with the dem- but I persevered until they completely left me.

Is it that both parties are so strong and so emeshed in the system that you are afraid to give your opposite side the edge by your defection?

Is it the platform of the alternative party itself?

Do the "two main" parties best represent you, and feel no need to reform your party, outside of making them more powerful?

Here is my feelings where the libertarian party platform

and the libertarian platform for a useful reference link:

Perhaps the natural law or green party more suit you, if so, please post a link to the platform, and explain why you have or have not poured your political energies into this alternative.
