After the pretzel incident I don't think Bush should take the chance of multi-tasking while handling food.
But, the fact that when reporters ask for his response they are told he was having lunch with Cheney at the time and didn't have one. I know and you know that he was watching. This response is just another childish snub to say he couldn't care less what went on.
