A hypothetical: Say tomorrow George W. Bush woke up and said, "You know, Cindy Sheehan, Europe, and the liberals are right. Iraq is a dumb war." So he gets out of bed, runs to the Oval Office, picks up his phone, and demands that every single soldier be taken out of Iraq immediately.
