Does 'Anti American' signify an opposite view to the majority of Americans, and what are the rules.

American nationals are excluded.
This is considered healthy debate.

Since it's in Casual Conversation, I thought, perhaps, you were looking for the more humorous/light-hearted aspects of the concept of anti-American. Please clarify

I was hopeing it would be a light hearted peek at 'anti- america' but it came out wrong in the post..
