What will the jury decide?
So it's been 9 days of deliberation in the trial of David Westerfield in the murder of Danielle Van Damme.
Which way is it going to go? What are your thoughts on the case?

I'd like to think that this jury is really doing it's job and considering all the evidence in this case.
The O.J. jury set an example of how not to deliberate. Their half-day-turn-around not guilty verdict was a joke and embarrassed the entire system.
The length of time that has passed indicates these jurors are aware of this and truely are doing what it takes to address any and all outstanding doubts before ruling.

So now the big question is:
Will he be sentenced to death?
I think he will be.

From what I heard today he was sentenced to death but there is still a chance that he will get life sentence. I hope not.
