While the existence of prisons in Eastern Europe has not (yet) been verified, the use of European airfields for CIA planes which might carry terror suspects causes quite a stir.

Sure--we're violating their laws in a blatant fashion. Its also obvious our government doesn't care if we do.

Should the CIA stop that procedure? YES. We throw a hissy fit if other countries or their citizens don't respect our laws. Personally i find it a good indicator of the level of integrity of this administration that they so blatantly violate the laws of other countries--especially if they are allies of ours.
