With Bush now twice admitting that ‘mistakes were made’ and that ‘the intelligence was mostly wrong’; it’ll be interesting to see where his Poll numbers go.
The strategy to admit “errors” was forwarded by White House Chief of Staff Andy Card, while Rove on the other hand was very emotional about it; reports have him using the F word when describing what he thought of admitting anything.
Will this strategy work? Reasons?

I would tend to think that this will raise the poll numbers a little bit. Heck, even I am willing to give the administration a few brownie points for owning up to making errors. Overall, I don't think it will be that big a deal one way or another.
My reason for thinking that this will not make a huge change in the preception of the White House by the general public is that the current situation in Iraq is not altered by this admission. The United States still has to deal with it one way or the other.
It will be interesting to see how this will change international opinion.
