I've just finished reading an article put out about French policy on Iraq. (Don't have link at this time; will link if I feel like it)
The French say that we may not attack unless the UN approves, and if 'conclusive' evidence exists that Iraq has WMD.
FRANCE HELPED IRAQ ACQUIRE WMD? WTF? UGGGH!!!
Need I say more? My head is spinning, and I'm seeing spots on the computer screen. I'm faint from reading that, and then realizing that the Frogs helped Saddam get those weapons.

Fortunately, French opinion means squat, and the UN's is only slightly more valuable.
I'm interested in learning what the French have provided to the Iraqis as far as weapons goes. I've not heard that.
If it proves true, and we follow "Bush Doctrine," we are to go after the French for supporting terrorism, right?

1. Nuclear reactor and missile tech to Iraq
2. Bio/chem research
3. Diplomatic Immunity to Zacarias Mousauui
4. Money
I only wish we could see a mushroom cloud over Paris. How fun!!!

You know, there's only so much attacking we can do to other nations before we bankrupt ourselves.
We could kill all the French or we could...Americanize them. Isn't that what makes us the best in the end - that the popular culture of most nations set their trends by what's cool in America?
They buy American products and send dollars home to America. We're in control when they want what we've got.
We need to tell the French whatever they want to hear to get them (and nations like them) to buy our stuff. It's obvious they are willing to accept *** NOTICE: THIS WORD IS AGAINST THE RULES. FAILURE TO REMOVE IT WILL RESULT IN A STRIKE. *** lip service from people like Yassar Arafat and Saddam Hussein, so let's tell them whatever they want to hear. Who cares?
As long as we keep them wanting what we've got, they'll accept whatever we tell them. When we fail to follow through, they'll do nothing - just like they're doing now. In the meantime we get rich off of them instead of bankrupting ourselves with bombs.

A nuclear weapon doesn't cost much, but I agree that business with them would be better. However, I have a deep seated hatred of their arrogance and beliefs. I prefer US arrogance and beliefs.

You should rent a movie called Deterrence. I don’t want to give it away but all the players you are talking about in here are in that movie. Its great, one of my favorite movies. I’ll tell you all about it but don’t want to on the post because it might spoil it for someone else.

Dr Marcs, I've actually seen that movie. God, it made me want to go out and kill a Frenchman. At that point, I just took a deep breath and said, "Hopefully, it's just a movie, just a movie, just a movie..."
