is excited to announce that we will be hosting our 4th annual State of the Union Address Forum Chat. It is set for January 31st and will begin around 9:00 p.m. eastern. The speech will be aired on all major networks, cable news stations, and on C-Span.Org. We invite you to join us in the chatroom to cheer and jeer before, during, and after the speech. If past years are any indication, we can expect a high number of people to stop by the chatroom. Because of this, we will be implementing the "special chat rules," a copy of which is below.
