Fact: America spends as much on Defense as the rest of the industrialized world combined.

Meanwhile, China is taking advantage of the situation making huge gains in economic power.
Can military power be far behind?

Questions for Debate: What is the strategic advantage to spending as much on the military as we do? Would you support a proposed cut in the military budget? Why or why not?
