I hope everyone has a chance to listen because one of our forum members will be making his/her debut on the comedy scene. Well, I am assuming this is a debut. I'm sure I'll be corrected if it's not.
I have no idea what we'll be talking about this week. News has been sort of slow so I look forward to see where the callers lead us.
Talk to you later!

Oh man I've never heard my voice over the radio before, I don't even recognize it!

Has this happened to anyone else?
Hearing your recorded voice is always a shock. It just sounds different inside your head due to "internal" hearing that comes from your voice being filtered through your head. Your voice resonates in your mouth and throat in a way that you don't hear when you listen to a recording. That's why it sounds different.
Most people think they sound worse when they hear a recording of themselves. I think that's because it is different and most people equate different with bad.
I thought you had a nice enough voice.
