Mike
This was an eventful edition of AD Radio. We had our first interview, and hosted our first pre-planned debate between members/listeners.

Thanks to Rick and Steve of Stop and Go Radio for joining us for an interview.

Thanks to Sleeper and Doclotus for joining us for about a half hour to debate warrant(ed/less) wiretaps. It was a lot of fun!

Thanks to Stefan Fargus for once again providing us with an incredible News Summary before the show.

And of course, thanks to everyone who listened, called, and chatted. smile.gif

You can find this show, like all of the shows, in the Audio Archive, as well as links to the News Summary, and the music played on the show.

I'd also like to extend my thanks to Sleeper & Doc for joining us in the live debate. I was quite impressed with both of them and look forward to more live debates.

If you would like to be part of one, send Mike or me a PM and list 3 or 4 topics you would like to debate and also give a few sentences on your position on each of those topics. We'll then work to hook you up with your Debate Mate™ (listen to the show, that will make more sense laugh.gif ).

This show was one of the most fun yet. flowers.gif

The interview and debate segments added a very interesting structure to the show. Good job!

I'm interested to hear that that Jaime is a fan of old time radio. I listen to the OTR station on my XM radio in the car sometimes. I particularly enjoy the Jack Benny program, Dragnet, and all of those horror/mystery/sci-fi programs which had a creepy narrator/host. (The greatest title of all, although it's a terrible program, is probably The Strange Doctor Weird.) My favorite host may be "The Hermit" from The Hermit's Cave, who keeps cackling insanely, with the sound of howling wolves in the background.
