I just saw where Bush likened the war on terrorism to the cold war.....

Uh, does anyone feel like we're at war? I know we're getting resistance because we're occupying some countries, but war?

My questions:

Has Bush milked terrorism for more than he could?

Does anyone even feel threatened any more or even feel "at war"?

Has Bush milked terrorism for more than he could?

This question isn't very clear. Bush has milked the terrorism issue. Whether there is more to be milked is a good question. But how could he milk it for more than he could? This is like asking if someone bench pressed more than they could.

Does anyone even feel threatened any more or even feel "at war"?

Oh, I feel threatened to some degree, but I suffer under no illusion that Bush can protect me. With U. S. soldiers and Iraqis being killed daily, it does seem we are at war. blink.gif
