This office requires a mixture of intelligence, extensive learning, and no small measure of wit.
(Let's ignore the small matter of American citizenship.)

Wertz. Smart, well-read, well-spoken, researches, reads, learns, argues coherently and understands complex subjects.

He's well-read, up on the law and its (mis)application, intelligent, articulate, humane, and righteous: nighttimer.

For two reasons I've got to nominate my homegirl
Artemise to the U.S. Supreme Court.
First, we've gotta get some more babes on the High Court. Second, she's more liberal than I'll ever be which means she'd tick off Tony Scalia something fierce.

Since I'm a conservative, this may seem surprising, but I would nominate Wertz for the USSC. He would research case law and precedent probably better than the current crop of robed ones, and he definetely would have as his goal, the good of the American people, all Americans.
