The Year in Review 2005-2006 polls are now open. They will remain open until July 25th. We will announce the winners on the August 2nd Radio Show to coincide with 's 4th birthday.

Yay! I love taking this opportunity to look over the sheer amount of reasoned (and passionate) discourse, exhaustive research, and plain good writing that this site produces - not to mention the diverse array of characters who frequent this place. It's a great way to reassess many of the past year's issues and the opinions that have contributred to shaping real events - and to take a look at a lot of interesting threads that I may have just skimmed or missed altogether.

Good luck to all the nominees - and to all the participants who could well end up lost in nominated threads while the roast burns, the bathtub overflows, the homework is neglected, and the lawn goes to seed.

Since tonight is our live broadcast night for America's Debate Radio we have decided to extend the voting deadline until Friday. No time to do polling tallies until then anyway.
