Giving a organisms biology is what constitutes that particulars organisms ability is to survive in and interact with the environment around it I would then be lead to the idea that its our biology that has put us at the top of the food chain here on earth.

Now with that in mind, it comes to me that the ability to understand this in a factual sense becomes paramount in relation to that survival in the perspective of natural selection as it stands. A simple example is we now know smoking to be harmful to us, before that knowledge it would be simple for people to follow suit due to the human biological aspects until death.

This of course busts open a wide array of questions, as for a simple example a person with a certain type of handicap be it to any organ then reflects differently then those that don’t, be it downs syndrome to being addicted to crack cocaine.

So basically my stance is that even for a single human up to the entire species we collectively live in the dark as to what our biology means as it comes to our behavior. We cannot explain in terms of biology what makes a sad movie a sad movie to a person, all we can do is say its sad and that’s that for whatever reason it is, what about sad movies from other cultures, just from that aspect could you maybe trace something? Not so sure with or without the subtitles but it would be interesting to study none the less.

Then you have to deal with this, in the wild kingdom various organisms carry out the day and or night in respects to survival in the fashion their biology allows for, either by being a mole or being a horse. Everyday in the human wild kingdom the same thing happens, in relation to just as how you may come to understand a tropical ecosystem via national geographic we lack in a major in my opinion the ability to do this within are own specie. Now I know a great deal about other living things is unknown when it comes to biology as it relates to behavior but my question is how damning is this in relation to human survival or did people simply forget about natural selection?

So I have two questions I will lay out nice and neat, one is just a funny idea and I hope to receive response on it.

1. How important do you think the understanding of humans is biologically on a whole? Please give some detail to support your position.

2. Why is it wars are not fought over the north and south poles, or for the matter threatened directly with nuclear weapons? Please give some detail to support your position.
