I find this so disturbing. there were 2 girls missing from what I understand in a close amount if time. They made Ward take a lie detector test. He told people he flunked it. If he was a suspect and I would think he was. ( why else would he have been given a lie detector test?) From what I understand they were missing since Feb. I understand they found 2 bodies today under a slab of cement. one is identified. the other not yet. What is wrong here? You have a guy who TOLD people he flunked the test. Ward now has a slab of cement in his backyard. WHY didn't the police know until yesterday DUH maybe we should look there?
Is it just me? I would like to hear your thoughts on this. Come on Oregon Police. you are paid to do your JOB and it took 6 months to figure this out. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!

There is this little thing called Due Process...

As much as we would have all liked to see the FBI/Oregon State Police close in & nail this guy fast, groups like the ACLU would be up in arms if any of his civil rights were violated.

The fact that the law enforcement officials took so long & followed proceedure ensures a solid guilty verdict down the line with little or no chance for appeal.

btw - does anyone know if the liberals in Oregon have stripped away the death penalty? In this particular case, I say his living will do no human on earth any good. When there is unquestionable evidence, as in this case, the death penalty is acceptable.

What we have to learn is that there are more groups out there like the ACLU and such that care more about the rights of the criminal than the rights of the poor girls who got killed, torchered and possibly raped.

Maybe they would have done a better job had they known that "missing girls" was going to be the story of the summer.
