Does anyone here know who Elvira Arellano is?
She is an illegel immigrant who has been keeping herself and her son in a church in Chicago. She is now considered a fugitive. She is using this church as a refuge. She has a son who is a U.S. citizen. She has been here in the U.S for 7 yrs. speaks only spanish.
She refuses to leave the U.S.
I don't know if she should be deported but I think if she wants to stay. 1 Learn to speak English. She has been here 7 yrs. 2. She has had ample time to become a U.S. citizen but for reasons I don't know why she has not.
What do you think should happen?
