Now the government is targeting unmarried adults up to age 29 as part of its abstinence-only programs, which include millions of dollars in federal money that will be available to the states under revised federal grant guidelines for 2007.
http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/20...ge_x.htm?csp=34This is laughable and a waste of tax dollars. They say they are targeting the age group most likely to have kids out of wedlock. If they want to prevent births out of wedlock (and I don't know that's the government's business), they should be concentrating on birth control.
This is nothing more than the Republican Party pandering to the anti-sex crowd.
Should the government concern itself with adults having sex outside of marriage?
