It just barely meets the time deadline, but this in depth, its not superficial and provides a lot of transparency. After reading this we know who KS is and what she's all about. thumbsup.gif

The introduction from kungfumegadevil was very pleasant.

I find the vast majority of introductions by new members pretty trivial. Some of them are more like "hello, I must be going" as they quickly find America's Debate not to quite suit their tastes and disappear like the morning dew.

But every so often someone puts a little thought into their introduction and Grimes stood out from the pack because he actually said something.

I ain't for Big Government. I ain't for No Government, but I reckon we could get along with a lot less.

I ain't for the devine right of kings. I believe in God, but I don't think God sets anybody down on earth to rule over us and he certainly doesn't pass that torch hereditarily. We the People, are devinely inspired. We the People are Soverign. We don't need no king to tell us right from wrong.

I know that evil exists in the world. There are two-legged wolves that prey on the poor, weak and defenseless amongst us. We owe it to ourselves and each other to arm ourselves and protect each other against 'em. We don't need no Super Cop in Washington to do it for us.

I think most of us are too lazy. We're too focused on our own particular distractions to care about what's going on in the world. We'd rather lay up on the couch eating chips-n-salsa and sipping coca-cola while watching MTV than get out there amongst 'em. I regret that about us. We're loosing the liberties our forefathers fought and died to acquire inch by inch and piece by piece.

Do you all know and understand the "Frog in the Boiling Pot" methphore? If you toss a frog into a boiling pot of water, he'll jump right out, but if you place him in the pot and slowly turn up the heat, he'll sit there and become frog soup. I reckon that's what's happening to us. I don't like it, but I don't think there's anything I can do about it.

That's why I'm here.
