Howdy Folks!

I was pointed towards this site earlier this spring. I've lurked for a while. I thought I'd join up and toss my $0.02 into the ring.

I've been in some arguements in my day. This ain't my first rodeo. I know how to advocate and I know how to oppose. I'll do my best to site my sources, but ..... God has been good to me. I've lived a rich life with numerous and various experiences. My particular point of view is not only based upon my education and experience, but insights and deductions I have made along the way.

I am pretty opinionated about some things.

I'm a libertarian with a small "L". I'm a republican with a small "R". I'm a democrat with a small "D".

I reckon those Demoplican / Republicrat (May we curse on AD?) people that represent US in Washington, Don't. They represent themselves and their international financier corporate conglomerate cronies. They give US lipservice; They talk the talk; but all the while, they're selling US out and lining their own pockets.

I will not let them steal our Republic. I will not let them steal the liberties my ancestors fought and died to achieve. I will not bury my head in the sand and let their brown tide wash over me. I will not go quitely into the night. I will resist. I will rebel. I will fight. I will raise hell.

I reckon I ought to go into a little bit more detail with regards to my politics.



I ain't for Big Government. I ain't for No Government, but I reckon we could get along with a lot less.

I ain't for the devine right of kings. I believe in God, but I don't think God sets anybody down on earth to rule over us and he certainly doesn't pass that torch hereditarily. We the People, are devinely inspired. We the People are Soverign. We don't need no king to tell us right from wrong.

I know that evil exists in the world. There are two-legged wolves that prey on the poor, weak and defenseless amongst us. We owe it to ourselves and each other to arm ourselves and protect each other against 'em. We don't need no Super Cop in Washington to do it for us.

I think most of us are too lazy. We're too focused on our own particular distractions to care about what's going on in the world. We'd rather lay up on the couch eating chips-n-salsa and sipping coca-cola while watching MTV than get out there amongst 'em. I regret that about us. We're loosing the liberties our forefathers fought and died to acquire inch by inch and piece by piece.

Do you all know and understand the "Frog in the Boiling Pot" methphore? If you toss a frog into a boiling pot of water, he'll jump right out, but if you place him in the pot and slowly turn up the heat, he'll sit there and become frog soup. I reckon that's what's happening to us. I don't like it, but I don't think there's anything I can do about it.

That's why I'm here.

God's been good to me. I'm in the enviable position of being able to see and think strategically. Most of us are too busy scratching out a living in this modern world to see much further ahead than our next meal. I'm not. I'm able to .... see further ahead.

I study history cause I beleive history repeats itself and those of us who can't learn from our mistakes are destined to repeat them. I don't want to be one of them. I want to learn from history and make choices in the present that helps in the future.

I feel like it is my responsibility to speak out on behalf of the common man. I come from a long line of Democrats. My Grandpa. My Great Grandpa. My Great Great Grandpa. Middle Class. Workin' men. Union men. I ain't got nothing in common with the elitists. I don't want nothing in common with the elitists.

I don't hate blacks. I don't hate muslims. I don't hate jews. I don't hate gays and I don't hate women. I don't hate anybody.

I do hate stupidity and I pity ignorance. Ignorant people don't know no better. Stupid people ought to be shot.

I've been saying this a lot lately, and I beleive it to be true. We're in the middle of ACWII & WWIII. It ain't North vs. South; it ain't East vs. West; it ain't Red vs. Blue or Black vs. White; its the Have Nots vs. the Have a Littles and the Have a Lots are winning again. They're trying to Brazilify America. Dumb US Down and Mix US Up. I believe their goal is 2% of the population controling 98% of the wealth and 98% of the population fighting over 2% of the wealth.

Is that what you all want? 98% of the population fighting over 2% of the wealth. Or do you reckon you're one of the 2%? I don't. I know for a fact, I'm right in there amongst 'em. The War on the Middle Class is Chip Chip Chipping Away at ME.



I don't intend to offend, but .... this is an offensive subject. I am offended. I am upset. I am mad as hell.

I'll try to debate rationaly. I'll try to support my arguements with logic and reason. I'll try to contribute, but my resources are limited. Its just little old me out here in the wilderness. All Alone.

What do you all think about my proposition with regards to the two political parties? Demoplicans & Republicrats. I don't see much difference in 'em. Tax & Spend vs. Borrow & Spend. Spend-Spend-Spend. More Government - Bigger Government - Better Government - Best Government. Politics as Usual.

How many of you all are sick to death of the way things operate inside the beltway? How many of you all are sick to death of the lobbyists and special interest groups writing legislation and influencing policy decisons in the cloakrooms and stairwells of our nation's capital? How many of you all are sick to death of the revolving door between Congress, the Whitehouse and corporate lobbyists? How are we going to deal with this problem?

Tar & feathering and runnin' 'em out of town on a rail won't work. There's too many of 'em. Its too rampant and too wide spread. They're all involved in it. They've all been involved in it for far too long.

I'm leaning towards throwin' the baby out with the bath water. Scrappin' the whole lot of 'em. Startin' over from scratch. The French Republic had a tool they used called a guillotine. Maybe we could put something like that to work for US. It couldn't be much worse than it is now.

Welcome! Good to see some Populist feistiness! I stop short of the idea of guillotining the culprits, but breaking up rocks in a hard labor camp sounds appealing , especially for those who take away our civil liberties in the name of "national security"!

Bu-Chen Co and their Rubber Stamp Congress sold US out when they passed the PATRIOT Act. The PATRIOT Act is NOT a PATRIOT Act. Its a PATRIOT NOT Act. Them (May we curse on AD?) people who pushed that thing through Congress ought to be taken out and shot. All of 'em. Each and every one of 'em. TWICE!

and you NSA/FBI Department of Homeland Security Internet Wheenies that are trackin' Grimes on the Internet ought to be taken out and shot three times.
