Hi my name is Ruerd,

Im from friesland in the north of holland, i live ein the beautifull city of sneek near the frisian lakes.
I work with the foundation of mental healthcare in several functions throughout friesland.
We even run a recovery center in sint nyk which we based on the american approach to mental healthcare.
It s great to be part of a work in progress since the psychiatry is full in motion, and i worked my way through for over ten years as a client of the GGZ. There's lots to do within the framework of therapy and work to help people develop their personal power. Even though i see some alternativehealers as a addition to the mental healthcare been given to me.
Sometimes i feel like a madman but that never stops me from living my live, since im not everybodys madman just my own.
