I don't know if any of you have heard about this, but I guess there is now a woman on the Men's Pro Golf tour. Well, as it turns out, now a man wants on the womens pro golf tour.

I certainly hope he suceeds. heh, though he may get ridiculed smile.gif

If the genders ARE truely equal, then there shouldn't be a problem with him joining right?

Same standards for all genders, that's what I say....

what about you? What are you opinions on this?

Golf is one of the few sports where a woman can compete on equal terms with a man. Baseball could be another. Only the absolute best of the women have any chance at all though.

I wish Anikka luck. She's by far the best female player, but she's got her hands full with the men.

As for the man wanting to play on the LPGA tour, I wouldn't want to face that music. For sure!

I think it just comes down to the age old question: Are men and women equal. I feel men and women are equal in most aspects, But when it comes to sports i think you have to give the guys the upper hand here. We are bigger, stronger, while women are generally smarter. Thats why we have divisions in sports for men, women and seniors. We cant expect women could even want to play in the major league level of baseball, football, basketball,or hockey. And even in golf Annika has chosen the one coarse that she thinks is the easier one to suit her style of golf.
But to put a man on the womens golf tour is plain idiocy, for what purpose will it serve? Will he tee off on the womens tees?
I just dont think this is a good idea at all, Sorry if i offend any women out there but i feel we should leave the sports scenes like they presently are.
