Well, here it is: it turns out that someone who I met on Hannity.com is not who he says he is. This person has also created several profiles and has posted under various guises, occupations, times, viewpoints, etc. Do I politely tell them where to go, or do I break out my stoic, warbird face and attitude and use some less-than-scholarly terms for this person?

I assume you'd expect a self-serving answer from me...

Here it is: stop going to Hannity.com and only come here (Of course I'm kidding, I'm a member there, too; too bad Sean hasn't returned the courtesy )

Or you could invite him/her/it to this forum and let everyone here take care of 'em!

Or if he/she/it actually seems dangerous, report it to whoever runs Hannity.com. If you need help writing a letter, ask Mike, he's very good at writing letters that get things done.

FYI:

Our board only allows one registration per email address, so someone would have to use and confirm multiple email addresses in order to have multiple memberships.

And on top of that, I can view the IP address used for each post. So if I see posts from different members using the same IP address, I know there is likely something fishy happening.

No, it's been reported to Hannity. I'll mention the user name since you post @ HannityLand. TJMichaels, but don't say anything. He should have been caught in a lie months ago seeing as he claims to be a WWII/Vietnam/Gulf War vet. TJ is also youngrealone (who isn't black, BTW), and volker, and JayK, and TTT, and garm, along with a few other names.

For those of you who post on Hannity, YOUNGREALONE IS REALLY A KKK MEMBER. This comes from a reliable source who has told me this when his IP and homepage were found. I just can't believe I was befriended by "TJ" and dissed by "Youngrealone" in an effort to make me hate black people. Uggh.

The Hannity mod and I have learned it may not always work that way. Beware of members with AOL accounts.
