Do the Patriots go undefeated and join the Dolphins in NFL history?
and is the torch passed by the Dolphins falling down winless at the same time?
I think they'll do it, they are just too darn good. I'm a huge
Steelers fan, but in reality, Pittsburgh and Indianapolis won't touch them. Don't even get me started on the NFC.

Best QB of all time?
Does Brady now rate as the best after performance after superlative performance?
He has enough super bowl hardware on his hand to make the claim. I think the best of all time are Terry Bradshaw, Bubby Brister, and Ben Roethlisberger.
Big Ben? Really? I admit, he is formidable force under center, but I wouldn't begin to put him in the same class as Bradshaw, Marino, Elway, Brady, Favre or Montana. In their day, Moon and McNair were pretty amazing, but that was short lived, they belong in a category with the likes of Warner. Some might even put Young into the best of all time category, but Ben? I like him, he is good, but not the same caliber as the living legends. It is good to see that you are a faithful fan. Heck, I still root for my Huskers!
As far as the Pats going all the way, given the remainder of their schedule, they would have to set a goal not to go all the way for regular season. Of course then we have to look at who is going to meet up with them in the Superbowl, unless they trip in the playoffs, it is hard to say. They haven't been blowing opponents away the last couple of weeks as they did the first half of the season since Phily learned that you can pass inside and beat the Pats defense. Baltimore found that with the right back, such as McGahee, you can pound the crap out of the Pats defensive line and pull out a squeeker of a game. Of course weather played a role, eliminating the passing game, but undefeated teams have to be able to win in all situations, right? They barely did Monday! So now that their weaknesses have been exposed, will some of the better teams that will be in the playoffs be able to take advantage of those weaknesses and send them packing? Only time will tell. I think the playoffs will be more of a hurdle unless they can figure out how to cover inside passing routes and anybody with a strong running game.
I would rather see them go into their final game undefeated, but against Miami. That would make history for those two teams to compete. Both would have a lot on the line. It would be even better if Miami still had no victories, which can be expected. You know Shula "The Big Tuna" will be on hand for the Miami/Pats game, and you know he is rooting against the Pats in every contest, even if he goes on record cheering them on. If Miami pulls out an upset, it would be enough of a victory to make that 1-13 record feel like the 17-0 did in 1972.
