Never work – ever. NPR affiliates broadcast non stop left biased opinions and do NYT and most of the big media outlets. No “arbitration board” could ever address a fraction of it.
Its really amusing that most people correctly view the media as left biased yet left leaning liberals will not be content until they muzzle talk radio. Stupid idea that will never fly.
