As everyone here should know, unless you are living under a rock- the FCC fined television stations over the "wardrobe malfunction" of Janet Jackson. There was general outrage over a bit of booby showing, even for a split second.

However- Rush Limbaugh has actively been "dreaming" and "hoping" of riots in Denver, yet, no fine.

Do you consider these incidents to be apples and oranges, or the FCCs inconsistancies with following the rules?

Which incident do you consider more harmful and more deserving of fines? Or either?


In retrospect of all these "radio controversies" - do you believe the Janet Jackson deal to be pretty harmless?
