Wertz. I haven't seen him lose his cool yet, of course I'm somewhat of a newbie and haven't read all his posts...

Doclotus
I nominate Amlord. I've seen him passionate on many a discussion, but I've never seen him rattled.

And I'm going to nominate Doclotus. Despite the heat of the recent primaries, he managed to make cogent points without any of the hysteria, virtually none of spurious talking points, and a total absence of rancor - pretty unique for an Obama supporter! tongue.gif Even in more level-headed debates, he tends to stand out as a voice of reason - with way more objectivity than most.

I nominate Paladin Elspeth as The Most Level-Headed Member. thumbsup.gif

She is always a voice of calm reason and seeks the high ground. She finds a way to disagree without being disagreeable and never compromises civility for snarky political attacks. In what was a contentious contest, she best exemplified how to be an advocate for a position without becoming adversarial.

Paladin Elspeth wasn't the most vocal or vociferous supporter of Hillary Clinton, but she remained reasonable and rational in a debate that turned partisan and pettyl

PE conducted herself in a way that reflected well upon her chosen candidate, while staying above the fray.

I'll go with azwhitewolf, who always maintains a certain dignitas.
