What do you mean by 'validating' for I have two different understandings of that word in the context of this thread?

When you look at a member's profile you'll see a category called "Group:"
Mine says: Group: Admin, yours says: Group: Sponsors.
If you see one that says Group: Validating, that person is not eligible to be nominated. I doubt you'll see this, though. I don't think there's anywhere around here where validating members can post.
Is this more about who asks the most constructive questions and that sort of thing?
