Well... I'm fairly young, but don't want to mention my age due to flaming. Any way, my favorite political subject would have to be immigration. Hope to get to know everyone better!

Don't worry about flaming here. Besides, we have a lot of young contributors who add a ton to the debates.

In fact, some of our best contributors are fairly young - I won't mention any names, but we've had at least half a dozen very good participants who started here just after puberty. And, as John mentioned, we don't allow flaming here - and ageism is considered as much as violation as racism, sexism, homophobia, or any other prejudice. You may encounter a small amount of patronization, but not from anyone serious.
