What should be done with these vicious kids?

Should we put them through the juvenile justice system, so it's gone from their record when they come of age?

Should they be tried as adults? What type of sentence do they deserve?

And what about the parents? They should be held legally responsible for the actions of their children, even if it means jail time.

i really dont know what to do with that, i pondered it myself. there was a case where some 4yr old and a 7yr old killed there 1 and a half yr old sibling by drowning it because they were jealous, what are these kids mental malfunctions? i dont think they should be tried as adults, some of them should tho. there were older kids there, they should be put away for setting such and awful example. i think the eldest were 16 or 18, i heard different numbers at different times.

Gotta nip this in the bud now.

Throw 'em all in the slammer for the rest of their pathetic lives....
