Folks, we've had more off topic posts in the last few days than we have had since we've started.

Please read each thread before you post. Read the category description, and read the other members' responses.

Off topic posts will be deleted.

I think we might have broken our record this last weekend. Not a record I wanted to break. mad.gif If I have to type "stay on topic" one more time, I'm going to scream.

If you notice someone getting off topic use the "Report this Post" so Mike and I can address it immediately.

DO NOT respond to off topic posts. That makes you just as guilty as the person who went off topic.

We have lots of room for new posts. If someone says something off topic that you would like to debate, quote it in a NEW thread and say your piece.

I will be closing threads that go off topic after my first warning and issuing strikes to anyone who does it. I am sick of this.

Please spare Mike's ears and my blood pressure and stay on topic.

CORRECTION:

Off-topic posts may cause the entire thread to be permanently closed.

The off-topic posts have gotten out of hand. If you don't care to remain on topic, then don't post in that thread.

I don't like deleting entire posts, but the amount it takes to read every post is ridiculous. There is simply not enough time to contact every member to tell them that this part of that post was off topic.

If posts do not remain on topic, we will have no choice but to delete offending posts in their entirety. That means that if you start off a two page long masterpiece with something that is off topic, don't complain to me when the entire thing is deleted.

I don't want to be a jerk here, but every member needs to be responsible for reading the posts already contained in the topic to which they are posting. The posts that start, "I didn't read anything above, but..." won't fly anymore.

As we grow, this will become increasingly important to maintain the integrity of this forum.
