The closest English approximation I can give it is actually "Kanyeshnah" instead of the name I use "Kaneshnyah". Anyway, can anyone tell what it means?

Is there a point to this? Otherwise I'm closing it.
Tell us or don't; the underwhelming response to this topic shows that we probably don't care either way.
So what's it mean (before I close this topic)?
