Expressing dissent is one thing, but resisting the congress's and the people's right to vote on things seems quite undemocratic to me.

I know there is no shortage of petty, partisan politics on either side, but this seems to take it way too far.

It's the job of the senate to confirm judges; they're doing their job. It's hard to blame them for not confirming people who they feel would do a good job.
One the Texas issue the republicans are much more guilty of being undemocratic. The democrats were trying to stop the republicans from making crazy congressional districts to hurt the democrats.

Don't think the Dem's have not and would not employ the same tactics in a heartbeat.

CLOSED.

This seems way too inflammatory to be taken seriously.
