I've seen Joseph Biden on MSNBC a lot and now they're saying he's thinking about running for President. He sort of reminds me of Clint Eastwood, kind of a man's man that the Democratic Party DESPERATELY needs to oppose Bush. What are your opinions of Biden and do you think he'd have a chance at the White House? huh.gif

I think Biden is a good Senator and I think he has a chance against Bush, but at this point I am extremely happy with Dean's ability to mobilize people for fund raising and get a more populist push going behind him. Biden is definitely credible and informed on foreign policy.

I know Jaime and Mike don't like one-liners or terse answers, but regarding Joe Biden for President, my response would be No Thanks.

He ran before. He flamed out before (It was revealed that he plagarized parts of a speech from a British politician). He's an okay Senator but he doesn't make my heart skip a beat.

Biden should stay in the Senate. He's a character actor, not a superstar. dry.gif

Joe biden went to my old high school. Last year he did a speech there about the war in Iraq, and I found it to be very interesting. He is a very smart man and I hope he does run for president, but I don't think that will happen.
