I would definitely be interested, especially to discuss Up From Slavery (Wertz). I loved that book. I'd be interested to see how you feel Wertz about Booker T Washington's opinions of the then system of Private Charity v. Modern Day Public "Charity"

I've been looking for suitable books. From the liberal side we could read Ralph Nader's Crashing the Party: How to tell the truth and still run for president or Michael Moore's new book. The best thing anyone could do is suggest books he or she thinks will work. We can suggest titles forever so maybe someone should create a poll.
I also just saw the film "Do the Right Thing" directed by Spike Lee. That might tie into race debate.
