I am the unfortunate bringer of bad news.

Someone on the site has a virus on their computer, and it is sending itself to everyone in their address book, including me. Not only is it sending itself to everyone in their address book, but it is using MY email address as the return address.

As a result, I am receiving large volumes of rejected email and complaint email.

The likely candidate is someone who has donated before, but it technically could be anyone.

If you have any of the following people in your Outlook Address Book, you need to contact me ASAP as you likely have a virus (W32.Sobig.F@mm) and are sending email with MY email address as the return address!

I have narrowed one of the senders down to a school district in NE Oklahoma.

After 4 phone calls and a threat to call the media (the subnet is owned by...get this... a power company), I received quick response.

Outbound email from specific IPs from that particular company, which has been 95% of all received rejected email, has been blocked until the virus is under control.
