with germany and france wanting the united kingdom to join, i think they are just trying to level there really bad economy, business in the UK has gone up since the euro came in, and the british pound is better when traveling to the US, europe, australia to name a few.

does europe want to try and match america or try and out do america?

with the british-american joint defence project, i think europe it getting scared of being left behind, because once the project is finished, the US-UK will have the best jets in the world, and they will out match anyone, and only we will have them.

europe want to make a 60,000 rapid reaction force for europe? wouldnt that unmine NATO? i think it would, i dont see why europe wont work along with america and the UK, all they are doing in trying to out do us, thats my view.

P.S. would you mind putting capital letters at the start of a sentence?

CLOSED. There is no clear question here for us to debate. There are many (each that would make a decent debate or already is a debate here).

P.S. Thanks, Thomas smile.gif
