Can anyone tell me why one of my screen name logs in easily and is never kicked off, but my other one takes years to log in and it always gets kicked off? If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

How about some specs? Which version of AIM do you use? Which OS? Are you behind a firewall?

Brian, all I can say is AOL sucks. If possible get another provider. Had AOL and phone bills were huge because of use and being booted off all the time and having to reboot. Wish you luck!!!!

I know AOL sucks, and I am trying to get all my friends to switch to Yahoo or MSN messenger. I don't have AOL as an ISP, only as a messenger service. Thank you.
