I was wondering if we could still debate the topics in the Archive debate. Ive seen like 5 or 6 there that catch my intrest.

Topics are moved there when 6 months have passed without any replies.

That isn't to say that the subjects covered by the topics in the archive are officially or permanently closed, though. New topics on any subject are certainly allowed, provided that there is a clear question to debate and there are no current open topics covering identical subject matter.
