QUOTE
A citizen is allowed to vote, die for his or her country, is put on trial as an adult and is generally considered an adult at the age of 18 but is not allowed to have a beer until 21?
What do you think? Should the drinking age be lowered?
No, let's raise the legal age to 21
across the board before one can: buy alcohol, vote, volunteer for or be drafted into the service, be charged and tried in a court of law as an adult, be extended personal credit of any kind, get married, drive a car without an adult on board....etc.

That sure is a love-hate proposition, but it surely would change some statistics!
Now that we have the minors taken care of, what are we going to do about the adults who refuse to grow up and accept responsibility for their actions?
