So, if Bush does something illegal, he can be impeached, or the legislature can have their laws deemed unconstitutional, or legislature can pass laws that go around judical action.

Great democracy we live in. Really I love it.

But what about what we do to other countries? How do wars start- they start when one side gets mad at the other. How do we prevent this type of behavior when the judical and the legislature cannot review the actions of the president when it involves foreign affairs.

Why do we think its so important to have just one person in charge of such a enormous issue? The executive branch was not put in place by our forefathers with the understanding that we would have telephones, wireless internet, nucular weapons.

today we need to recreate a part of our government that has gone ignored for too long. The judical branch is taken for granted. Its developed and efficiet, thou it may take a while to get though, the issues that take the longest require the most thought and society needs that time to think and adjust to change.

I dont know how to restructure the executive branch, but it can be done!
