Bush, and anyother Prez that comes along.
Now I am not talking about bring our country to war, im not debating Iraq here. so zipped.gif it! I am referring to the policies taken in regards to other counties. These actions are deemed unacountable because the foriegn governments involved dont have our 'due process' rights or any of the other ones for that matter.

If you dont know what Im talking about, its a government term; Judical reviews actions of legislature and executive branches and leg. can take actions against the jud. and exec. .......
So, if Bush does something illegal, he can be impeached, or the legislature can have their laws deemed unconstitutional, or legislature can pass laws that go around judical action.

Great democracy we live in. Really flowers.gif I love it. Thats why I live here!

But what about what we do to other countries?
Global Gag rule (no $ support of anything in another country that even mentions a type of contraceptive device or abortion method) is a great example. The US Supreme Court is the reason we can organize to form Union, have the right to know that the food we eat meets a health standard, that our kids are not being lied to or taught religion in public schools.
We send lots of $ to Africa to fight AIDS. If any of those 'family planning' programs even mention condom, or have a place near their shop that has them, they dont have funding.

Its not only Bush who's actions have gone unchecked. Its all Presidents, and even the ones I like, I still think need that 'check and balance' from all parts of the government.
Any ideas on how to impliment this?
